They slink around the territory, looking for prey. They spot a small filly grazing on her own, and a small grey colt by a grey mare. They target the filly, for the colt by an adult is hard game. The rangy animals fan out, rewady to attack the filly at a notice from their leader, a big grey brute. He begins to move forward, and so do the others.
