It is a letter from Randy Alcorn to a man who is also struggling with a sexual addiction. This letter is incredibly insightful and gives solid biblical advice. God will help you if you believe in His power to deliver you.

Someone else suggested Neil Anderson's books. "The Bondage Breaker" is very good, as are his other books. He is a gifted Bible teacher. I heard him speak once and was very impressed.
