I'd be interested to know what your justification for calling yourself a Christian is. At its core, the Bible claims to teach us about the character of God and the human race's relationship with God. If you don't believe in the accuracy of the book that is used for the basis of Christian (and in the case of the old testament, Jewish) teaching, then you can't really call yourself a Christian. You're just lying to yourself. You're using the "Christian" label to lend yourself moral authority, and then you turn around and negate any such claim that you would have to that title. How silly.

Try rereading the Bible and accept it or reject it. Judge it on its own merits, and additionally, don't judge it by people who call themselves "Christian", many of whom are like you -- identifying themselves as Christians without a clue as to what they are saying about themselves. How can you trust them to not play the hypocrite when they are just like you, and you apparently do it so well? The Bible must stand or fall on its own merits because no one has the capacity to live a perfect life.
