It's been rumored around for a little while that he was on his way out. While I do not agree that it was a "mutual agreement" like they state. Several factors lead up to this:

1. No matter what they did. He was never able to get over no mattor how many different ways he tried, the NWO was his last chance, and it failed.


2. His attitude. Not only was he getting by becasue he was friends with Nash, Hall, Hogan, and HHH. But he also showed many Stone Cold tendencies when something wasn't going his way. Think about it. He nearly walks outr on a show becasue he didn't like the script. The next week when he was sceduled for a beatdown he gets "Injured". only to show up the next week just fine.


3 Injuries. Whether fake or real they showed up a lot.

4. Unable to change. He's still the same guy he was in 1996. Different Tights or different cliaques, he never changed and became stale real quick.



Now we shall wonder where he will go now. NWA TNA probably wants him, but knowing him, he'll go to japan and get jobbed out to Curry Man.
