Kidding aside (or am I?) I'd say make all of the images one uniform size and style (either screen caps or drawn, but not both, it looks funny) and probably use tables to keep things in order. Also wouldn't hurt to do a totaly new logo (or atleast edit a better one than the original, use your tracing skillz) and put actual titles on the front page rather than have to hover over the pics to get them. A good background wouldn't hurt either (I'm tired of black). Probably be nice to make a menu as well, other than your updates there isn't a single link to anything that I can find. In other words take the "Others" page and just make it a menue on the front page (links, awards, FAQ, etc.).

How's that?
