I'm pretty sure you caught the reply, but just in case, I thought I'd let you know here. Pertaining to your shrinking-head question, yep, acetone is the way to go. The longer you soak it, the more the shrinkage. Naturally, you do it too long, and the features get distorted. Just drop the head into it, let it soak for half an hour/hour, then carefully take it out to dry. It will take a few hours for it to swell then shrink. Maybe even a full day. Good luck.
