Subject: Warning: Silly, poorly motivated rant within. Damn that Lowe guy.

I'm not sure how much of this is just jealousy, but I gotta vent. Okay, so Lowe posts that he has this new Beetle custom and everyone (okay, like 5 people) flocks to his site and leaves him sparkling rsponses. I post my customs, on the board, which is more convenient than going to Lowe's crappy site, and get 3 responses. Two of which are from members of this board. Which, don't get me wrong, I appreciate, but we, connected through this site, are much more likely to respond to one anothers posts than we would be otherwise. So, I'm kinda peeved. I'm sure there's any number of perfectly resonable explanations for things and it shouldn't even bother me since I customize for myself and not for the attention of others but it does. Especially since his Beetle sucks. The existing Beetle figure was fine, and much better than his crappy sanded down Cap. I like the wings, but they'd have looked better on the old Beetle. And yet, all he gets are compliments (It wouldn't be right, or smart, for me to bash him though, he'd probably just get all weepy and threaten to stop customizing again and I'd come off as the villain). Don't get me wrong, he's done some good work, but hell, it's nothing that spectacular and again, the Beetle sucks. I'm also a teensy bit suspicious seeing his Beetle today having posted my Beetle tweak On what? Sunday? Maybe Monday. Still, it almost feels like he's calling me out, or at least trying to prove superiority over me. Ah, I'm probably just being paranoid (still, it would be nice to have a more full time enemy again . . .), I just can't shake the feeing that he tossed that Beetle together in a night after seeing mine. Alright, I should stop. I now return you to your regularly scheduled pants-wetting and squirrel pornography.
