Emily Lopez versus Miss West Virginia Outstanding Teen Organization is over. Emily won in an out of court settlement. The only condition was the amount could not be discussed. The case was filed when the organization failed to provide scholarship and awards. Leah Summers is the Executive Director for the pageant and refused to make good on the promise. However, the end result was in Emily Lopez's favor. Look at Guidestar Site to view the taxes. Visit Emily's fb in the future to view documents. At the present time we are celebrating and relaxing :)
