The 2nd Annual MOV Help To Heal Pageant will take place on September 24th, 2016, at Point Park, in Parkersburg, WV, during the MOV Help To Heal Festival.
Pageant is open statewide. Entry will be $35 per child; this includes entry into pageant, optionals, tiara or medallions. A photogenic award will be available for $5 per picture, up to 3 entries per child. Please bring photos day of pageant to registration.
Postmark date is September 13, 2016 if submitting by mail. Day of entries accepted with an additional $5 late entry (total of $40 per child). Cash and money order only accepted at door.
Registration is from 9am to 10am, pageant to begin promptly at 10am. Please be prompt to avoid delays.
Pageant dress code for boys is church attire, suits, or tuxedos. Girls are dresses only (church, party, or pageant), natural beauty, and age appropriate make-up.
Please make friends and family aware there will be a $4 admission fee at the door, 5 years and under are free entry. All visiting royalty wearing sash and crown will be admitted free.
Age divisions are as follows: (Directors has the right to combine if not enough entries)
Baby Miss: birth to 11 months
Toddler Mister: 2-4 years
Baby Mister: birth to 11 months
Mini Miss: 4-6 years
Tiny Miss: 12-23 months
Little Mister: 4-6 years
Tiny Mister: 12-23 months
Little Miss: 7-9 years
Toddler Miss: 2-4 years
Junior Miss: 10-12 years
