I find it hard to believe Martelli made the comment atributed to him below. A) He knows his team is not good enough this year to take anybody for granted and B) In the postgame he expressed a great deal of admiration about what he saw watching tape of Bucknell.

As for the coming seasons, with Bucknell now having scholarships, and both teams having outstanding coaches, let's hope this series continues well beyond the two remaining games in the deal.

Also, Bucknell fans, you could all take a lesson from the St. Joe's fans on how to behave at a college basketball game. Polite does not have to mean quiet.

Alumni Fieldhouse was a great atmosphere last night. Much like old Davis in the Billy Courtney-Mike Bright days, only louder (at least until Bettencourt started dropping those threes).
