Subject: Sallie Jones Alumni

I have been asked to help write a new school song for Sallie Jones (I don't know the current one - do you?) The music teacher, Debbie Brown, and one of the teachers, Mary Katheryn Waldrop, and I have a chorus and tune. We are working on two verses. The themes of the verses are 1)Building on our past, and 2) Looking to the future. Building on our past is largely a tribute to Miss Sallie for whom the school was named. Looking to the future is less directed and organized. Please suggest ideas, themes, lines etc. Write me an I'll send you what we have so far.
