Well just keep on trying and going at it. If you seem to just not go then stop for awhile try some other skills and then come back to it. They say that skills are always easier the second time. But if this still does not work or your coach just won't let you stop then i think you need to have a talk with them and find out what you need to do to start doing it. If I were you i'd take a step back and try working it on lower beams or on mats until i feel more confortable. Hope this helps.
