He is either a fraud or highly delusional in certain ways, and the effect of his activity is both to lead astray people interested in investigating real conspiracies, or to give an impression to the common public that all conspiracy investigators are lunatics .He uses a trhree-stage tectics in his performancies.

In the first face he points at conspiracy facts that are obvious true for everybody that has not been totally dumbed down, and also to some less known elements one must understand are interesting facts.

Then he links these facts up to a wider theory about illuminati and one-world-government conspiracies, of which some aspects probably are true, but which in its totallty is highly unlikely.

And at last he links it all up to a lunatic theory about everything of this bring under the manipulation of reptilians from outer space or the like, or that the world leaders themselves are of such an origin.

But the ,man himself does not seem lunatic, so I guess he makes all of this, partly for money, and parttly is enagaged by real conspirators to lead people astray.
