Hello, everyone...

This is in response to Kristen's question from late June:

I'm living in Puerto Vallarta, on the west coast of Mexico--which is, of course, where we first shot Sweating Bullets all those years ago. My son loves it here, and I think it's great that he now reads and writes in both Spanish and English, even though his father can barely order a beer in the local tongue.

As to my career, I left L.A. two years ago and, in the process, left the business. I still maintain an agent in Toronto, but as she constantly reminds me, there's not much hope of work for an actor who is not available for meetings or auditions.

So I spend my time quietly: reading, writing, and raising my boy. Occasionally, I come to this site (which is quite well done, I think) just to see how the old show is doing. It's nice to know some of you are still fond of it.

An old friend of mine, Peter Mohan (Producer and Head Writer of the show), wrote some time ago about the death of John David Bland. There seemed to be some confusion even after his email. So to clarify, he is dead, though very few, myself included, know the details.

As to any other subjects surrounding the show, it seems you are in good hands: most of the people here know more about it than I do.
