It's been busy and hectic. Dale has been ill a lot and with the homeschooling there was not much time. Schools out for the summer and Dale is back on the mend. Her hip is doing great but she took a treatment for bone density and it caused her to be quite ill. Today is her birthday and she is feeling better today than last week. So far this year we have chalked up 17 days in the hospital with lung infection, 3days for hip replacement plus the healing and therapy time at home. We have made at least a dozen trips to Vanderbilt and have several more this year. Three of them will be this month.

Prayerfully things are beginning to smooth out and she will get to enjoy the summer.

Our youngest daughter and family will be moving back from Montana this month and that will be great.

I had started another post but got only half way through before this last episode with Dale getting sick.

Hopefully I can finish it this week and post.

Ya'll take care.

Dwight

Hillbilly, you both must be bone-tired, but it's nice to know Dale is on the mend and maybe you'll get to enjoy this summer a bit. How nice that your daughter and family are moving back. How old are their children? Are the twins the youngest of your grandchildren? Nosy, I know. 8-)

They just turned 11 on Apr. 14. My youngest daughter (Annette) has two sons. Nathan is 18 and will be going to college in Texas this fall.

Andrew (15) is finishing his freshman year in high school. If you would like to see an upcoming pianist just copy the link and past it.

He plans on making a career in music.

He will finish his high school here in Henderson and then Annette will move to Houston where her husbands business is.

My oldest daughter Linda has two girls. Eryn is the mother of Ben and the oldest. Lauren is in college.

And that was 3 years ago. 8-)
Thanks for reminding me of your grandkids ages. I know you've told me before, but my memory is what it is--old age is a bummer. *-)
Gabe turned 11 the day after the twins. His mama and Mike got married in January and he's the happiest boy in the world. They're going to have a little sister for him in October. 8-)

Kids need siblings. Good news on the wedding also.

Andrews Dad can play as good as Andrew. That's where he got it from. He also has had a lot of encouragement from all of us. Nathan plays the guitar and a little trumpet but I don't think he has that much interest in music.

I'm glad for Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Amanda's youngest is coming very close to his fourth birthday.
