 Somebody needs a sunny getaway in Oct-Nov - wants to recover from an operation with their kit off - and I wonder whether anybody in here has recommendations? Only constraint is that it has to be somewhere in Europe (for travel insurance reasons).

Clearly some answers will not involve Greece, so probably better to use my email (above) for any non-hellenic recommendations.
