Renting a house a few paces from the beach for €330 a month
My suggestion is , go to your island of choice & just ask around
That way you can check out the location.
Doing it long distance via a web site could be risky
You want to know how far to shops, doctor, hospital & bus stop etc
Is the property in good condition ?
Close to other property with barking dogs, braying donkeys or even noisy neighbours
Some landlords will want to know your Greek tax number & its a good idea to have a Greek bank account
A Greek tax numer is a requirement if you buy a vehicle
