 I presume you mean Filaki Beach which is a kilometre from Vritomartis Naturist Hotel (near Chora Sfakia). Im almost certain its open to the general public as its an official nudist beach. Ive been aware of people who were not staying at the hotel using the beach. It has a taverna at the beach car park run by Vritomartis.
Would also recommend staying at Vritomartis - one of our favourite hotels.
