(18:40:04) [PIC] seria {TL^DK} ~branded~ Tancreds Landing GC : ~lifting the tray..seri carries it out to the cooking pit..setting it down..she takes a cloth and pulls down the long roastins spit..impaling each bird upon it till its full and setting it bakc onto its holder above the fire so the birds will roast (18:41:00) [PIC] seria {TL^DK} ~branded~ Tancreds Landing GC : ~attaching the lil contraption that will allow the spit to turn continuously slowly so the meat will roast evenly, she turns and heads back to the servery (18:46:59) [PIC] seria {TL^DK} ~branded~ Tancreds Landing GC : stepping up into the servery, she picks up a basket near the chillery and steps into the cold once again..walking to the veggie's she picks through carefully picking out good fresh squash, red peppers, and carrots...carrying them out..she washes them all and cuts them into chunks..placeing them on a rence cloth and adding a bit of olive oil along with herbs she ties it up and carries it tot he fires setting it on the rack to roast where it will catch the juices of the vulo as they turn on the spit giving hte veggies added flaver [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ]
