: ~ki wiggles her lil frame up the steps into the servery, padding lightly inside... she glides about the room, rummaging about the shelves, she removes a large pot from beneath the counter... placing it onto the work table, she tugs gently upon the heavy door of the cold room, holding her breath lots gathering courage as she sneaks inside... shivering as the chilly air embraces her soft heated skin... she moves to the back of the room, tugging a vat of fresh milk across the floor.. she rests it near the work table, moving back to the chillery to grab one more vat.. she taps the door closed, toting the barrel, placing it next to the table as well.. ~

: ~she pours the milk into the pot, carrying it out to the fire pit, she places it upon the flames to cook... moving back to the servery to gather another pot, one fills it as well, placing it upon the flames.. she stirs the milk as it begins to boil, watching it carefully, she waits patiently for curds to form.. whistling softly, she looks to the dark sky, stirring the milk now and then.. ~

: ~one rises, moving back into the servery.. she scans the shelves carefully looking for the cheese cloth.. she cleans a few molds, gathering a few cubes of rennet before slipping again from the cabin... moving back to the fires.. she smiles seeing the milk curding as she approaches.. she adds two cubes of the rennet to each pot, stiring slowly, allowing it to thicken.. ~

: ~she puckers pouty lips, blowing away a few errant locks as she continues to stir the cheese, adding some spices, waiting for it to thicken a lil more... finally she removes the pots from the flames, spooning the cheese from the pot one places it onto the clothe to drain... running the rep cothe over the molds again, getting them ready.. one the cheese is drained completely, she spoons it into the molds, bringing each one into the servery.. she moves to the coolroom, placing them upon the shelf as she wisks quickly from the room, trembling, thankfuly the servery is warm as she moves out again to the fires, collecting her mess.. ~...

: ~one moves into the servery, placing the pots into the wash basin... filling the basin with hot water from the fires she sprinkles in some soap flakes.. washing the pots out carefully, she rinses them, drying each before returning them to the shelf.. she looks about the room, gathering dirty vessels... she washes all of them, drying each, she checks them for mars, holding them to the lamp light... she wiggles up onto the countertop, placing the vessels to the shelves as she arranges them for convenience... bouncing down again.. she empties the basin outside, moving about scrubbing the countertops.. she straightens the flower vases, smiling as she looks about the room, backing out of the door.. ~
