The younge Unicorn lowerd his gentle Head towards the sorry crearure, his eye glitterd his kindness and warmth. His crystle Horn sparkled from the bright sun above, still sending Crystles danceing from it on to the ground, makeing the land seem more welcomeing. His curiosity showed his youth of 3 though his height was at large. His pink Nose barely touched the creature before him, though just enough to make a link betwwn them. Can i help you Tne soft voice was clear and younge, which ran through the creatures head smoothly and calmly.Though asoon as the unicorn backed away the link was lost, for that was the only was a crystle unicorn could speak, to another breed.

[> Oshiba saw the wolf.. -- Oshiba, 14:13:45 06/21/02 Fri (205.188.208.137)

She circled the two silently, making sure to stay behind the concealment of the tall grasses and large rocks that protruded from the hard earth. She glared at the big horse-like being, still unsure if it was friend or foe, predator or prey.

[> What the...? -- Umbra, 15:03:52 06/22/02 Sat (203.109.252.20)

Slender beast started in shock, muscular frame lowering into a defensive position, ashen labia peeling from wicked fangs.
A snarl rises from gullet, frost-tipped auris flattening t' ebony masked skull. Hackles rises threateningly, feather'ed tail tucking 'tween strong hinds.
Well wasn't this something new.
Canine vix' knew not what to make of it, a prey greeting the predator.

The Unicorn lifted its head heigh, Breaking the link, Zen had heard what the small creature thought of this. 'Prey'?, He thought. The unicorn was now startled, threat he never made, only a question of help. He tightend his muscles and stod tall, of 16 hands, even at three, helpless he was not. His horn still glittering as he stod still with extrem caution, on his silken tail and main, sturred in a slight breeze.

[> [> Oshiba darted out of the brush.. -- Oshiba, 09:40:15 06/24/02 Mon (205.188.208.137)

She nipped at the huge creature's hocks, then leapt beside the other wolf, just as confused about this.. beast as the fellow canine was. She snapped her jaws together three times in a menacing manner, growling a dare to come one step closer.

[> Confusion -- Umbra, 00:40:54 06/25/02 Tue (203.109.252.2)

Utter confusion rages in mind, for everything she had been taught by her birth pack was against everything that was happening. They were the prey, they were to be hunted, and they were to fear and be feared. And yet, this one so readily put it's safety on the line t' ease her loneliness.
Well, per'aps he was prey, but not hers. Though she had run with the pack long ago, her morals had changed. A lone wolf for a long time, she would not drop her honour, as no canine should.
A snarl, quite different to her one of startlment, rumbles in larynx, a warning t' the fellow beast in close proximity. Though this was beyond her teachings, she would not let the canine injure the young creature. Though her mind could not quite comprehend this inter-species exchange, she knew it would not be for the better to prosist.
The huge creature had not harmed her, and a growl rises from parted labia, ordering the other to step back, now.

[> [> Oshiba eyed newcomer.. -- Oshiba, 10:37:01 06/25/02 Tue (205.188.200.52)

She turned, making it so she faced the fellow wolf eye-to-eye. She growled angrily, teeth bared, eyes wild, tail held high, stating dominance. Must she remind this stranger-wolf whose territory this was? Who owned the land the being stood on? She eyed the big creature, then glanced back at the fellow canine, getting annoyed.

The 3 year old unicorn was very large for his age, makeing hard for any wolf, dog or any kind to take down. Zen twisted his neck to the left and reared up, throwing both hooved down on a soild impact. Trying draw the other wolfs atention away from the new commer. For the first time zen spoke out into the air,"I am no ones prey wolf". His voice rang clear and loud, it started himself.

[> Back off -- Umbra, 13:10:59 06/25/02 Tue (203.109.252.20)

One of the first canines in these lands, star-touched night-stalker had superior size, being the largest o' the canius lupis family - a southern timber wolf. Her body crouched low to the ground, still as high as the other, smaller specimen and her hackles made up much the difference. A snarl rips from lungs, wicked fangs gleaming coldly, tapered auris flat t' ebon-masked skull.
Bushy tail ruffs, tucking neatly t' hind, muscles rippling as weight shifts.
Lone on the ranges for such a long time, one learnt how t' look after one'self. Trained as she was in the art o' remorseless killing, she would not let the canine harm the young beast.

[> [> Stiff -- Horizan Bliss, 23:16:51 06/25/02 Tue (24.78.120.185)

The Unicon closed in its self, till it remained as stiff as possable. Aqua Eyes Flashed as he looked at The Dog, which he almost considerd a friend. He back legs remain cramped up in a springed place, so if the enemy were to get close enough, Zens legs Would Sping out harshly, probly breacking the creatures ribs. Zen Snorted, he didn't move, not even his head, he remained at an all time stiffness. For this was what a Unicorn Did if threatend.

[> [> Anger entered she-beast's eyes.. -- Oshiba, 09:39:54 06/26/02 Wed (205.188.200.46)

She would not back down, that would be a submissive gesture. No. She was the Alpha Female of this land, and she would stand her ground. Forgetting about the horse-like thing with the horn between it's eyes, she watched wolf carefully, paws pressed firmly into the earth, she pulled back her ash-colored lips, teeth gleamed, but she didn't move in on the possible opponent before her. It was as if she was saying, "I will not back down, but I plan not to fight either." She had the sense to know fighting got her nowhere, from it she simply recieved scars and pain. What was the point?

[> [> [> Neither will -- Horizan Bliss, 13:02:03 06/26/02 Wed (24.78.120.185)

Zen looked back and forth between the to of them, neither will back down, he finally though. Zen lifted his front righ heigh into the air and threw it down, brakeing the bare earth. He pointed his horn directly at Oshiba. The sharp tip glamed and sparkled, as a light rain fell down on it. He had no reason to hurt the poor creature, and nevr was his intenstions, but to draw her away. Even brakeing her flesh with it if need, for that could be done easly, it was after all eztreamly sharp.

[> Well then... -- Umbra, 13:39:25 06/26/02 Wed (203.109.252.2)

You won't back down? Yet you don't plan to fight. You seem to be a bit mixed up my friend.
A low, gutteral vocalisation rumbles from larynx, 'fore primed beast launches lean frame forward, wicked fangs snapping at the delicate skin o' her muzzle, 'fore wheeling and leaping int' the air.
Weight lands suprisingly lightly 'pon rumpage o' mystic, for less than an instant, a touchdown, 'fore beast bounds off the other side, disappearing int' the undergrowth with amazing speed for her large frame.
This, she had not expected. She seemed to remember that there had been morals in her old pack, but perhaps she was wrong, perhaps wolves had always been so honourless, as to harm something so pure. Her old pack ne'er would have even threatened the beast, and the former, confused movement's o' she brought a shame t' her mind.

[> [> Frustrated growl.. -- Oshiba, 09:12:45 06/27/02 Thu (64.12.103.31)

It was simple; she just wanted to be left alone, to get rid of these creatures that plagued her. She took one step back, watching wolf with one eye, equine with other. What did they want from her? Why wouldn't they just leave already, or at least back off, as she had finally done? Now she wasn't being aggressive, only defensive. She was a proud she-brute, and wouldn't be dominated by a stranger-wolf and her horned friend.

[> [> [> Glance -- Horizan Bliss, 11:48:58 06/27/02 Thu (24.78.120.185)

Zen lifted from his defenceive stance and looked to her new friend, in the tall grasses, a slight grin apperded on the Younge Unicorns Face. He was very forgiveing. Then he looked towards the wolf backing away. Zen's aqua eye glitterd, as did his horn, he knelt down and let his horn touch the ground, just infront of her, paying his respects.
When he drew back, and lifted his head, a simple blue rose spred from the barren earth, ever lasting. He snorted, and the kind creature turned away, glanced at the other wolf, and left the land. Maybe his breed was misunderstod, or maybe to kind and forgiveing, but Zen at his younge age still saw nothing wronge with what had happend.

She glanced at other wolf, gave a brief growl, then trotted off, head low, following a scent of a deer.
