Although she knew he was right, she would never admit it. "You're the one with problems. You have to correct everything I say wrong. Maybe you have problems with always needing to be right? Well I think you are stupid." Milksoppy didn't want to hurt his feelings but she didn't know what else to say. "That creature who put his life on the line for you must have been pretty stupid too. Stupid is not brave. I know what brave is because I am brave. You wouldn't know because you're just a stuck up Arab stallion."

Stallion -- Krisaad, 15:25:37 06/27/02 Thu (64.12.104.39)
Gray freckled ears listen to her avoiding saying she had mistaken. He had heard it many times from people he was used to it. But he would not say so. It would just be a battle of tugging trying to get her to say something that did not really matter to him. "I have been wrong many of times. Everyone is wrong at some point ... and most many of points." He says looking up at the squirrel the Donkey had tried to terrify which was sitting on a tall branch nibbling on it's small catch of food. "Many can't split bravery and stupidity up. It may have seemed stupid to some but to me it wasn't. It is brave. It also saved my life." Dark eyes followed the tree to the ground hearing her speak the word stallion. All other previous words had faded. The word calling out to him haunting like. It meant many things to him. A birds sweet singing snapped him back into reality. Arabian head turned back to the one who had no real name. Left hind leg stepped up under and through the underside back end pushed further to the side standing more straight. "You say Arab Stallion I say Arab." He said simply and quite relaxed in tone. While body had other ideas and pushed itself into a more tense state.

No notice of his odd behavior was noticed. The self obsorbed jennet spoke blankly "Oh, so you're a mare now?" She lifted herself onto her back legs and lipped some leaves into her mouth, sure to act violent when she ripped them off the branch. "Or," through a mouthful of leaves, "you're a new species. You sure are wierd enough." Milksoppy looked over her shoulder still chewing. She just noticed that the other mare was gone. "Yeah, you're a weird one." What stallion on earth would choose an ugly donkey over a pretty paint?

Own Acceptance -- Krisaad, 19:26:13 06/27/02 Thu (64.12.102.169)
"Not a mare ..." He spoke surely. "... but not a stallion." Yellowed hairs that sat on the chestnut dripped ones tail bone flicked upon his lighter haunches. This time it was not out of pest irritation but out of nervous tension. Protected ears listened to the Donkeys words. He had ignored her 'violent' tree abuse. He glanced over toward the hoof marks of where the mare and he once stood. Ears flicked back and forth in confusion eyes filled with million questions and wonders. Was he really? Yes he was. He had accepted it and other. Or had he? Heat flew off his chest becoming a darker gray. Sweat of his on stress and confusion. The questions and wonders started to overwhelm the Arabian. Eyes frozen on the hoof marks of where he stood before. It had proved what he always knew he was. Expression on the hotbloods face had taken that of an explosive ready to go off at any moment. Expression quickly left equine calming himself. Deep breathe taken in and let out through flared nostrils. Deepened gray had spread from chest to shoulders but released stress kept it from any further. Specially shaped head turned back to the Donkey with greenery.

Chomp, chomp, swallow. Milksoppy reached for another bite of leaves, then turned with a wide-eyed eating expression and watched the Arab while she ate. "marrmer, mermar?" After she swallowed, the donkey tried again. "What are you, an alien?" She didn't feel any concern for him ... she just thought he was wierd.

Maybe Not -- Krisaad, 19:41:14 06/27/02 Thu (64.12.102.169)
Egyptian sighed at careless Donkey. Watching the different species he did not think he should say anything to her. If he did she may as well have heard silence. She did not seem to care about his specific gatherings or with what he wished to be with. "Maybe." He answered softly.

"I would find out if I were you." She snorted out a string of snot and then wiped it on her knee. "I'm leaving now." The jennet waved an ear at him for good humor. She wanted to tell him it was good knowing him, or thank him for talking to her, but she couldn't do that. Also she wouldn't mind if he followed, but she couldn't say that either. Milksoppy gulped down her leaves and then picked up a trot. It was interrupted (sp) by a nice flower, which she clipped up in her small donkey mouth. Then she went on again, on with her life.

Alone -- Krisaad, 20:11:19 06/27/02 Thu (64.12.102.169)
Large Egyptian Arabian watched the large eared Equine trot off without a care. He did not sense any of her thoughts. He was layered in his own weight of confusion. "Good day Milky. If I don't see you ... goodnight, good morning and good afternoon." Attention turned from the form as she disappeared from sight. Left forehoof stretched outwards pressing into the earth balance the large creature. Head lowered to the greenery below. Nostrils inhaling the soft scent it gave off. Muscles began to relax as teeth pulled the green blades from their provider. Thoughts still ran through his mind but in his own peace.
