Vegetation 2/10. Water 1/10.
About 30 sq. miles.

Togarmah is a prarie (like Tarsish), yet the ground is trodden and burned. There are random hollow boulders/caves setting in the middle of this treeless field. It was once a training camp for The Army of Tu'ci Se.
