Breed: Western. He has arms and legs, and above all two large wings. Such wings make him more at home in the air that on land. Because of this preference, a power that can be used from the air is preferred, and everyone knows Western dragons breathe fire....
Power Requested: I know that the ability to breathe fire, even if in short bursts is probably too powerful, but I figured I'd ask. Taladeaus hails from the coldest of the evil territories, the Dark North. Because of the bitter cold, he has had much interaction with fire, and its ability to change even the coldest of objects into an inferno of heat. So Tal requests the ability to control such flame, even if only to the smallest of degrees, for he knows that fire can never be completely controlled by anyone.
