Breed: Celestial, a breed known for their mind reading abilities and disability tht runs throughout the breed(mute)
Power wished for: He wishes either to have a soupd up form of tlekinesis or mind reading. He must cominicate through thought, so it would be reasonable if after time and practice, he could start to pick up thought and feelings of others. Or he coul head the other way and gain a small form of telekinesis, to simply move small objects of suspend them in the air. Both of these powers are directly connected to the mind power, which this breed of dragon is strongest in, being some of the most inteligent dragons around. He MUST comunicate by thoughts, for he can not speak. That is what I ask of you. May I be granted one of these souped up forms of powers, which I could develop over time?
