Orisis you have to reply to this by Friday 24 or else you can't be a Power Giver. Kinda like and activness check. Ask dragons that want powers how this relates to there breed and past expiriences if they don't say. And bug them untill they give you a good reason or else they don't get the power okay. Post soon.
