Lesse, the past experiances is very good, lemme help you out on the breed. Here's a few that I know of.
Western: Somewhat stocky, a large range of colors. They're generally muscular and a little slower than other types of dragons. 4 legs, 2 wings. The most common type of dragons; they can breathe fire.
Shadow Dragons; Everyone knows about shadow dragons, and if you don't, I'm not the best to explain it. Like, Raistlin, Ramoth and Famina.
Avalonian:((My invention, thank you, thank you...)) This is one of the more diverse breeds. 4 legs, 2 wings, and their wings are four digit.(Greater) Their body types vary in range, slender, (Like Cean) to very muscular. (Like Storm.) Every once in a while, one will pop up that is genetically prone to telekenisis and spellcasting; in their homeland, there were a great many dragon wizards. They're also usually good at small spells naturally, and can spit fire. ((There is actually a good reason for spitting fire, too, heh heh.))
There's also alot more, and if you need to, you can just invent a breed that changes color. ((I can see it now... Camo Draconis...))
