Hi! Everyone. These are the countries from the big 4 major pageants in the world who make the cut as finalists/semi-finalist. Let us know who is the queen among these finalists/semi-finalists for the year 2003 aside from Miss Universe (Dominican Republic), Miss World (Ireland), Miss Earth (Honduras) and Miss International (Venezuela). And you are the one who will be the judge who will be the queen of the year 2003. Here�s how to judge; you judge each delegates by giving them a score from 7.50-10.00. The highest score will be 10.00 and the lowest score is 7.50. For Example Dominican Republic Universe 8.36 Ireland World 9.16 Honduras Earth 8.01 Venezuela International 9.23. From these fifty-three finalists/semi-finalists of 2003, we will cut them into final 20. These top 20 will be judge again from 7.50-10.00 for the last time to determine the winner.

For countries that have 2 or 3 finalist/semi-finalist: If the two enters the top 20. The highest will be the one who will represent the said country. For example Venezuela World 9.13 Venezuela Universe 8.02. Venezuela world will be the one who will enter into the final 20 and Venezuela universe will be out to the top 20.
