Report as follows: "Dearest friend Aviar, I hope that the new locations for the AOD will allow for more contacts with the Transformers that you so long ago abbandoned. Word has reached us though commuication chanels that there is fighting going on around the area of Cybertron. Some of our older signals dishes are catching them and relaying the information to our station.

"We were hoping to meet with the heads of the senate. If there is anything to the small bit of information that we have we wish we could do something to help. After all the Transformers helped us for years, and by now we should extend the olive branch.

Conclusion: Astrotrain to head back to Sol congress to allow for the main athoritiy with the newly compleated Sol Congress.
