We respectfully disagree on this point. You can't possibly believe that district officials said, "Oh look, Beatty doesn't have a P.E. and music room, so let's build them without contacting Beatty's principal to see what they need." Would logic not dictate that the principal would be the FIRST person the district would consult with in order to calculate the needs of an individual school?

While we are glad that you have been treated fairly, we believe it is important for all parents/children be treated in this manner. What we have found is that, through this board and emails, there is inconsistency in policy and general complacency in how our school is run.

If our school truly cared about our kids, why would we have to bring up the fact that kids, up until it was posted on our website and emailed to the principal, were not allowed to have water (besides one three-second drink) during P.E.? Why is the Library charging fines on days students are absent? Why were kids in classes where there was no air-conditioning (last year, but with the same principal)? Inconsistency, that's why. Our school should be accountable, and the buck stops with the principal.
