I am the PTA President in a different state.

It is more incumbent upon you, as an officer of the PTA, to see that such information is passed out in the newsletters and/or notes sent home with the child.

I can understand why no one would want to go to you with your patronizing, superior attitude.

Look at your bylaws, make them available to EVERY paid member of your PTA, and do your job as described there-in.
