Not everyone is treated the same. I have been at the school for 4 years and the office staff has greatly improved this year. There are two people who are friendly, courteous, and helpful all the time, not just to people they know or like. There are others who need to be trained better in public relations overall, but they are nice to people they know.
Of course, if you work at the school the staff is nice to you, Pam.
