Thea had to stop her mouth from dropping open. Dine with him?
"Er....uh....well...." she stammered.
She certainly couldn't deny that she was different than everyone in Cala Armon, completely unique in her own insane way, but this was just a little bit sudden. But then, she decided that she liked that. She smiled. Why not? she thought. I won't be missing anything, really, and the scouting can wait....
"That sounds wonderful," she said. She gave Rune the address to Leica's house, and he told her that he would come fetch her at dusk. That done, Thea walked out of the tavern in high spirits. She wandered around the market square, looking but not really seeing anything that was going on.
