Fava beans seasoned with garlic and fresh herbs.
Falafel
Kibbe q'ras
Egg-shaped mix of bulgar wheat, beef and spices lightly fried to perfection.
Warak 'anab
Vine leaves stuffed with rice, pinenuts and fresh herbs.
Melokhia Soup

Main Courses

Kebab Hala
Beef, Chicken or lamb, stewed with onions, fresh herbs and spices, then baked until tender.
Shish Kebab
Marinated lamb or beef, grilled with vegetables on a skewer.
