Subject: Going to Laguna Resort

Alex, knowing that you've just been to Laguna Resort, I will like to find out something from you. I am bringing my cousins from Singapore to Redang next week. I have a few questions:
(1) We will arrive at Kuala Trengganu at 6am, I believe the resort will arrange for bus transfer from KT to Merang then boat transfer to Redang. When earliest can I expect the bus transfer? 8am?

(2) I have to reach the bus station latest by 9am for my return journey. Will there be a problem in arranging for transport at that early hour? Will the resort help me with that?

I have been calling the Laguna's KL office, but seems like I have trouble getting my point across to the lady on the phone *exasperated*.
