Subject: Redang Ayu Mayang good? Go in July ok?

Dear Alex and friends,

Thanks Alex for sharing his generous tips on such an informative and well-designed website.

I'm intending to visit redang in July 04. Do you all think it's advisable?

Next, there're so many resorts on the Redang island and I am having headaches over which one to go for! I've more interested in resorts with the rustic feel though. My top choice is Ayu Mayang and Holiday Villas. Do u all think it's fine? I heard the provided meals in Ayu Mayang can be chosen from the ALA-CARTE menu. Is this true? (I prefer that actually!)

Lastly, Alex recommended Ping Anchonrage (thanks!); I visited their website, looks fabulous! But do u all think it's better to book with local agents instead? Save all the trouble?
