Check out the snorkelling section on the main website.
There are a few good sites - Shark Bay at Pasir Panjang, Chagar Hutang (but don't get up on the beach - it's a turtle nesting area), Teluk Mat Dollah near Berjaya Beach, Marine Park Centre etc.
