Did not see anyone wearing a thong. In August trip, we saw two women, one at northern Pasir Panjang beach removed her top and the other one at southern end also removed her top. If there local police is there, I suppose they will give them a warning. Otherwise, no one stops them from do so.

So a thong, I think you can get away with it. Just watch out for the police.

Are they topless you mean??? They are local or foreigners??
