Both have its pro and con:

PIR:
Pro: superb resort and white sandy beach.
Con: worse services you ever seen, expect to
see the "color face" of the staffs :((

CVIR:
Pro: Best services and food, value for money.
Con: house beach not good, and no alcohol allow,
house game need $$.

Btw, anyone have any good recommendation for
Perhentian Kecil? (i.e. cheap+good+best sand...)

yup...i went there in june 2002...i stay at CVIR....the fact bout there is rite at the beach...u can snorkle freely...the service,food,room is gd..if u wanna hav a nice swim..u can juz take a walk ard 10mins to PIR...which hav a nice beach front to swim..for me i think perhentian island besar is a place where family goers go..i recommend perhentian kecil..as there is a nice long beach to swim..nice plp..all the party goers go..the island is like a party place at nice..if u wanna enjoy urself to party...so far i give two thumbs up...:)

which best resort at PerhentianKecil you can recommend
to us? the one provide good food, bed, sand, activity,
house reef...etc. Heard some resort/chalet at the
LongBeach that is value for $$ (cheap yet good) do you
know which is it? thx
