The woman in the front car was on her cell phone to the police without ever getting out of her car. Each of our bumpers hit - it was at a stoplight and the woman behind me did what I have often done...gotten distracted and saw a green light ahead for the turn lane and thought it was for us too. Toledo has a good road system but it can be deceptive, especially if we are distracted. I knew things were okay but she was determined to call in the mounties! I convinced her otherwise...I didn't need a higher insurance because our bumpers brushed...that is what they are there for!
