"Today Owners Mr.Salmon and Mr.Foale announced the signing of 4 superstars for XCW. Snake, who was said too of impressed officials at try-outs. Destroyer, who looks to set the standard for other XCW superstars. Blade, is a great player of the game. He is a great wrestler who should give the fans something to cheer about.SyN, whose experience from XFWF should be a great asset. Look for him to make a major impact. He made an impact in WCX too!. The two owners also tipped us off that they will be going for a share of the titles aswell!! They also tipped us off that a tournament will be taking place on 5th May 2002.
Also it was announced was our first PPV. Chairman Mr.Foale said at a press conference "Xtreme City Wrestling is pleased to announce that it’s first ever pay per view will go through on Sunday 26th May. It is called Hellbound! It is set to be a great event with the XCW world heavyweight title to be decided for the first time in it’s history.”
Mr.Salmon also tipped us off for some of the first card. In the conference he stood up on his chair, straightened some papers, and spoke aloud saying "Well, Ladies and Gentlemen. Me, and Mr.Foale are proud to present the new card for Thursday 2nd May 2002's BloodBath! Well I will be posting it on this board, right this very second"
Mr.Salmon then walked over to the board, and pinned the sheet, it says:
For the XCW Inter championship:
Destroyer vs Snake
For the XCW HardCore title
SyN vs Blade
In a non-title, owners cage match
Mr.Salmon vs Mr.Foale.
As you may have known..."
A hand ripped out the page, and the hand throws it in the bin. The man yells "Thats Bull-Shit!" and walks out the door. He then walks down a corrider, seeming to him that its the longest in his life. Until he bumps into SyN. SyN is wearing a black KoRn T-Shirt and his ever lasting baseball cap. SyN sticks his middle finger up at him and runs away like a little kid. Foale gets frustrated, but carries on the long path down the corridor until he gets to a step-ladder, he reluctantly climbs up. And then the arena cheers as they hear the familiar sound of In the end, by Linkin Park fill the arena. And as Mr.Foale steps down from behind the curtain, the fans start to chant his name.
Then Foale waves to the fans as he walks down the ramp. Today, he is wearing a black suit with a blue tie to match. He now has his blond hair in a pony tail, and looks cool. He grabs a steel chair and chucks it in the ring. He then holds it up to the crowd, they look confused for a while. Then they carry on cheering. Foale laughs, but grabs a microphone and begins to speak to the XCW fans.
Foale- I, am Joe Foale, one of the owners in the company, and also, one of the contenders in the cage match on Thursday the 2nd of May 2002! I, Joe Foale, will be fighting in this very ring, in Texas!
I will step into the empty ring, and empty arena, but trust me, when me and Mr.Salmon step into the ring, one-on-one, getting ready to fight, it wont be no empty arena no more!!!!
Foale- Yeah! But honestly, I'm not here to talk about my match, I am here to announce the opening of the XCW! We are a new federation, which will do anything to go to the top! And just to make sure, I have signed another owner "Mr.Salmon" to help me do that, and guess what? He will do just that! But just to find the superior of the two, we will be going one-on-one, now thats all I need to say, have a nice time without me. Soon, Snake will be coming down here to talk, thank you.
In the end, by Linkin Park hits as Mr.Foale carries on his way to the locker room.
Ivahoe: Well there was a good speech, made by Mr.Foale.
Oakes:Yeah, pretty good for a start, weren't it?
Ivahoe:HMMMM, I dont know!
