Making units requires you to under stand the workings of the real war misson file. I have wriiten a piece on it in the real war forum..

Here it is

Ok, its complicated but i'll try explain.


Every unit in the "miss" file is made up of three parts-

a build resorce which looks like this

In the build and package resorce all that needs done is editing names. Easy. Also how many you can have. This is the number after the "-" sign in the build resorce. Change it as you wish.

The hard part is editing the world resorce. I dont know what all the things do yet but i increase and decrease numbers and see what they do. Obviously you should increase shield and armour figures if you want a stonger unit and i think increasing the shot count increases its fire power. Not sure about that one.

Hey, how do u change the range of the Artillery shell? I am trying to make a Delta Force Sniper that shoots a Artillery shell. Any help would be appreciated.

Ive read that in the forum somewhere. I think it is the first number of the ordanance line. Tell me if it works

No, its not the first it is this line:

ORDNANCE ArtilleryShell1 1 25 10 500 1 3
ORDNANCE ArtilleryShell1 1 25 10 500 1 4

Change the 500 to 20000:

ORDNANCE ArtilleryShell1 1 25 10 20000 1 3
ORDNANCE ArtilleryShell1 1 25 10 20000 1 4

Now u can shoot across oceans! I have tried this alotof times and it works well, and i have even created a Ranger Sniper.
