Stock in a mission

Help, I'm stock on the third or forth mission. The mission involves taking over the enemy site (mining site) and setup your supply stuff. I defeated all the enemy, destroy my camp on the original site and build new once in the new site (formerly enemy site) The game wont switch to the next mission. What am I missing?

1.Did you destroy ALL ILA neutral stuff (sandbags, barrels, etc.)
2.Maybe you'll have to destroy your second HQ (hover over w/ mouse cursor and press 'k') and rebuild it somewhere closer to the mine, and keep destroying and rebuilding until you get the 'oorah!' and mission completion screen.
3.Are you absolutely sure that you destroyed ALL ILA units? Send your planes, spy satellites, etc. to scout the whole map until there's no more fog of war anywhere.
4.BTW, that's the 4th mission--Allied Shield. It's kinda continued in mission 7--Steel Glove. Actually, I'm stuck on that--can't kill that base within the time limit!! Any suggestions?

You might want to try Guided Anti-Air--that GTG/GTA upgraded AA. Playing as the US, I've seen the ZSU-23 fire at my nukes--just before it got obliterated, but the Rapier was usually able to take it down; and playing as the ILA, the Mobile Anti-Air also has no effect on the nuke/SCUD, but the Guided Anti-Air usually takes it down.

I put up my Land Command Center, 2 supply depots, and one power generator. When the first choppers arrived, I put up another supply depot. Then, I put in more power generators until my power bar was up and kicking. Then I put out a barracks, then a vehicle yard (the latter out in the west of my base, of course), then ONE Light Anti-Air. Sent it to the neutral supply depot. Maybe I shouldn't have done that. But anyway, I then put up the Land Strategy Center, and upgrade my vehicle yard. I start pumping out Guided Anti-Air (use those PRIMARILY, and Light Anti-Air for backup). Sent them to the neutral supply depot. Then the ILA attacked. (Say, this could be the beginning to a walkthrough!)

You have to place one of your units at each neutral supply yard. As stated in the mission objectives.
