This is honestly the find of a lifetime. He is a Grandson of ALYDAR on top and Great Grandson of SEATTLE SLEW on bottom! This stallion would make someone a great breeding stallion for FAST horses and for English horses. He is naturally talented in his movement with lots of speed and an extended jog to die for. He is bred to the hilt and built very nice at 16.0+ hands, 1100lbs, very red sorrel, three white feet and big full white blaze. He is so cheaply priced because he is note broke as of right now and has had limited handling and exposure to things outside of being lead and brushed once in a while. I found him in a 12’x24’ corral and the people who had him were NOT horse people by any means and have had him since he was a yearling (now almost 6). She thought she always wanted a “race horse” so she could make it a barrel racer, but because he was a stallion and bit more to handle, she became afraid of him and left him in his stall. He is NOT mean, just playful and unaware of how to behave, so I’m teaching him respect and manners slowly. He is a bit skittish but very brave. I (a 5’2” woman) am getting him used to being handled more everyday. He is longing on a small line, walking, trotting, and stopping by voice command. He leads great and is not pushy. For standing for so long and not much room to move he is very nice looking and has natural muscle and with a little work will look outstanding. His feet are in bad condition (never been done) but surprisingly he moves INCREDIBLY GOOD and very sound! He has an extended jog that most Dressage riders would drool over and lots of spirit and looks. I must say that this is a find beyond any other. This would be the ideal stallion to pasture breed nice appendix Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds to get some speed and elegant movement. I unfortunately am not a breeder and do not have the facility or the time but would like some breeding rights. I truly think at $3,500 he is a real deal and will more than pay for him self after selling one or two foals. ALL OFFERS CONSIDERED! I will be taking pictures soon, email me for them, jhanson@biosite.com
