I thought of another idea for a good time to meet. There is a free concert on the 18th in Helsinki. I guess shakira and a whole bunch of others will be there. It would be cool to meet at the trainstation and go have a picnic or something and then go to the concert together. Then those from out of town who wanted to stay longer could stay with someone in the Helsinki area. I just found out today however, that I will be at the kesamökki with my hostfamily on the 18th, but I thought I'd throw the idea out to ya'll anyway. I heard from Julie today and she is doing just peachy down in Georgia. Hope everyone's summer is going great so far. I went for an hour and a half bike ride with my hostmom and now my butt hurts really bad! MOikka!

i think it would be in our all senses to meet for a last time, but - i, per example, would only have time during the first week of the holidays and i don't wanna come further than oulu, cause the trip takes so long time, costs a lot and if i say the truth: i prefer to stay the last weeks here with my new friends and enjoy the lappish way of spending the summetime, it's just too short a time! but perhaps these from you, which are living in the south, can meet anyway. also seeja's idea to meet later -> 9'th of august 2010, 12.00 am under the clock of stockmann, or perhaps earlier (who knows whats going on in 8 years?) could be a funny idea. i'll try to be there! some of you i'll still meet in berlin, for the others: see you at stockmanns 2010 !(we should try that, it's shourely becoming very funny!)

Anyway, I'm going to the Salibandy World Championship tomorrow, since it will be Holland against Australia.. In the Hartwall Arena at 8.30 pm. In case anybody else wants to come..

Anyway let's talk about that YFU meeting thing! My idea are
1. "Stockholm trip!" 2-4days 80euro
We go to Stockholm by cheap ship. And we can choose we use hotel(cheap one! I think youth hotel is good!) or sleep in ship(last month I went Estonia by Silja line with my host family. And we slept in ship. Room wasn't so big but sleep was good!) And in Stockholm we use cheapest conveyance(if you want we can walk but everyday.... That will be tired.) And content(program) is whatever you want!
2. "Domestic trip in Finland" 5-7days 70euro
We go to somewhere in Finland. And we do talk sing party or this also whatever you want!!! I think this trip will be more cheaper then up one (I mean "Stockholm trip") Cause we don't need to use ship! So we can spend more long time! But problem is "where?" if we meet in Helsinki somestudent are live in there and other place too! And some student are live very far...
3. " A party in Finland" 1-2days 30euro
This is about just party! We will meet somewhere and do something...(probably you know! "What is Finnish style party!!!" I mean drink something...) This is will be may be only 1-2day. But I think this is cheapest one and only few days so many people can come!!! But these price don't have "your way to come there price" I mean you have to pay more about bus or train ticket if your host family can take you to the price that better!! But I'm really not sure yet how much price... These are just idea yet! If many people want to do this. Then let's think about price. And we have to think about also YFU-rule thing YFU said if we go somehere and stay few days we "have to" go with some over 25(Sorry
I don't remember this but may be 25...)years old adult.

realy, it was a very nice idea to put our own forum online. well done thjis! yeah, vappu was so funny, also when it was very hard to explain that my hostparents... here was almost everybody very drunk. we had a big garden party (it was so f.... cold) and after that we still left for levi. hey, if you ever come to levi -> we have to go partying there!
but vappu is over and juhannus is comming soon (i'm not sure if i should be happy about that, because we're leaving so soon) i think it would be nice to do a last good-by party like it was kenji's idea, but i'm living so far away from everything what's going on in the south, so that's probably a little difficult for me to join you :-( but we'll see...

"vappu day" I was in my friend place and we had a lot of fun!!!! And do you already know? Now I'm planing some meeting for all exchange students!!! Well, how did you spend vappu? Hey, have you been in KaivoPuisto or Esplanadi those who live in helsingin region. I was there, I was REALLY drunk and fucked all YFU rules. I like finland and enjoyed tat celebration.
