My daughter is one of her lifetime queens and I have judged for her many times at the state and national levels. I am surprised and also angry at the bashing of Anda. Anda is a person that would give you the coat off her back. Anda is kind, loving and helpful and just a downright good person. Anda was so disenheartened and grieving for man years over the loss of her daughter Misty. We all knew Misty and so we can understand whay Anda had such a hard time with it. During this time a lady by the name of Valerie McAllister came in and took the pageant right out from under Anda. Valerie took money, passwords, codes and even sent conflicting news releases to the town, contestants about what was going on. I know for a fact that Valerie even cancelled some of Anda's pageants with the hotel but did not tell the contestants and so when they got to the hotel there was no pageant. The list of things I know about Valerie could fill many books and pages. Don't believe what all you hear about Anda as this is a lot of Valerie just digging the knife in deeper into Anda. Valerie should be one that only talks good about Anda. Valerie was treated very well by Anda but only did bad to Anda and anyone that loves and appreciates her. My own daughter suffered tremendously at the hand of Valerie and there were times when she sought to drive us apart and turn us into enemies. I say all of this to day, give Anda a try and you will be glad that you did. Anda gives what she says in the way of prizes, money, cruises and other things. Anda is everything I said and more and all for good.
