At the top of the stairs is a room, obviously recently renovated and modernized.  In the corner of the open room is a desk, upon it a laptop and an assortment of software. At the opposite corner is a state of the art entertainment system. Nearby is a bar and a couch. This is the only room in the entire house that resembles anything modern.
