Powers granted from this can be out-of-rank/breed/auspice Gifts, out-of-clan or rare Discipline levels, though at the Archbishops approval. Those with this position may also hold another a true Sect position (such as Templar, Ducti or Pack Priest) within the domain, and gain the bonuses from each. It is possible for a Storyteller to also be the Webmaster, if one is found capable and desiring the position. They would get the bonuses for each, but are also asking for a considerable amount of trust, and it would be expected for them to place in just as much time in the room.
