Apperantly we have had a few new post prior to this and well they were down right defaming others so they were pulled.
We did discover through Our server however that the three post in question came from the same computer.

I will not mention any names at this point but let me make this clear to everyone that post on the board. Please if you are going to write negative things please state it as your opinion. Why?

1- Defaming others is aganist the law and you can be sued
2- We follow guidlines as not to be shut down or sued
3- Our server does track down IP no's they feel are criminal

We do not mind negative post on the board after all we are all entitled to our opinion but state it as such. For the person who seems to want to stir up trouble and voice his/her opinon out of jealousy it seems like I suggest you
stop. Again, legal action can be taken by the person you are defaming, PhenomForest, and the Server we work with.

The net is not where you want to play little games at. As the server keeps these post when they download and backup incase anything were to happen.

Again, if you are thinking about a Domain which is expensive to pay month by month you will find that servers on the net have the same set up. Enough said on the subject but again, your IP leads us to you and we know who you are now so again I will say nicly, stop your playing around before legal actions are taken.
