ah awesome! i thought planning permission had already gone through for those new buildings, to hear that it wont be knocked down this year is brilliant news! anyway yeah, hes trying to dig out some old CRX photos from the 70s, apparently he has loads up in the loft of the whole place.

got caught by the police last time i was there, had to pursuade them i was only taking pictures (which i was) so they wouldnt arrest me.
